Mercy Health in Werribee is seeking a Diabetes Nurse Educator for a 12-month fixed-term maternity leave cover from December **** to December ****. The role is 0.8 EFT, based at Werribee Mercy Hospital, focusing on delivering high-quality diabetes education across inpatient and outpatient programs.
The successful candidate will provide patient-centred education, work within a multidisciplinary team, and hold an AHPRA-registered nursing credential with a Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education.
