Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service both in-store and over the phone.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Share your knowledge of motorcycle parts, accessories, apparel, and riding gear.
Promote products by highlighting their features and benefits.
Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented showroom.
Ensure stock is displayed effectively and replenished as required.
Stay informed on new products, industry trends, and advances in motorcycle technology.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
A genuine passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson® lifestyle.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Previous retail or sales experience (motorcycle industry experience highly regarded but not essential).
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Availability to work Saturdays (mandatory).
