ARRCS is seeking a People and Culture / International Workforce & Welfare Officer to join our Alice Springs team on a permanent, full time basis. The role focuses on onboarding, compliance, and Day 1 orientation for staff in Alice Springs and Central Australia, with involvement in international employment under the PALM scheme.
The successful candidate will support relocation logistics and ongoing welfare for staff while collaborating with the HR team and external stakeholders.
