Spicers Tamarind Retreat in Queensland (Sunshine Coast hinterland, near Maleny) seeks a passionate Junior Sous Chef to support the Executive and Head Chefs, and lead a kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining across all outlets and events.
You will assist in menu development, mentor staff, and uphold food safety and WHS standards while ensuring seamless service with Front of House. A robust candidate will be ready to step up from Senior Chef de Partie.
