As a front-facing role in a medical-cannabis clinic, you will regularly support patients who may be distressed, frustrated or reactive. At times, interactions can be challenging, and situations may escape quickly. You'll need resilience, composure and confidence to navigate difficult behaviour while maintaining a safe, respectful and professional clinic environment.

Responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
Schedule appointments and manage patient records
Answer calls and respond to patient enquiries
Verify patient details and process payments
Maintain a clean and organised reception area
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

1-2 years of customer service in retail, hospitality, call centres or similar fast-paced environments

Ability to juggle multiple tasks calmly, switching between phone, computer, walk-ins and patient support
Solid technology proficiency, ideally with booking or CRM systems
Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods while supporting clinic and front-of-house operations
