FMS is continuing to grow, and we are seeking skilled Boilermakers to join our high-performing team across the Bowen Basin.
With a strong focus on safety and quality, you will utilise your extensive knowledge and experience in the maintenance, repair and breakdown of heavy mining equipment. This is a great opportunity to work for a company that values its people and offers a variety of work across multiple sites.
No two days are the same, with maintenance, breakdown, roving and shutdown work available.

Various Bowen Basin sites, with roving and shutdown opportunities
4-day roster with mini outages and roster coverage
Maintenance and breakdown work
Rope Machine, Dragline and Shovel maintenance

To Be Successful, You Will Have
Relevant Boilermaker Trade Qualification
Proven experience working on heavy mining machinery (essential)
Rope Machine, Dragline and/or Shovel experience
Current Coal Board Medical
Standard 11 Statement of Attainment
Current MR Licence (essential)
Confined Space, Gas Test Atmospheres and Working at Heights
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to liaise effectively with management, clients and site personnel
An uncompromising commitment to safety
Ability to meet all site and client requirements
Ability to successfully pass a weld test
