ibis Brisbane Airport is seeking a Full-Time Front Office Manager (Maternity Leave Cover) to lead our Front Office team and uphold the hotel's high standards of guest service and operational excellence in Brisbane.
Reporting to the Hotel Manager – Rooms Division, the ideal candidate will drive guest satisfaction, supervise staff, and ensure accurate reporting and yield optimization across shifts.
Solid communication and rostering experience are essential.
