The employer needs someone who can be trusted to run that station alone through preparation and a full service without letting the standard drop.

The chef who is appointed reports into the Head Chef and is expected to bring ideas as the menu evolves.

Organise mise en place so nothing is missing when service starts
Uphold strong food safety and hygiene practice in the kitchen
Assist colleagues across the wider kitchen team
Contribute to developing the menu
Requirements & Eligibility
Demonstrated experience in a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef position, or a comparable role
Strong technical cooking skills plus confidence when the hot section is busy
Well organised and detail-focused, able to perform under pressure, with a professional manner suited to a small team
An interest in French cuisine and the traditional cooking techniques behind it
