Hall & Prior Aged Care Group is seeking a first Business Development Manager to build the sales function from the ground up.
You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, lead outbound and inbound efforts, and drive revenue growth in a rapid-growing startup.
The role reports to Head of Sales and offers ESOP, uncapped commission, and a base salary of AUD 80,******,000 with base negotiable for the right person.
Hybrid flexible work arrangement with some office presence preferred.
