About the role
We're looking for an organised and proactive Marketing Officer to join our Marketing & Communications Team.
This is a wide-ranging role that sits at the heart of our day-to-day marketing activity, helping us deliver consistent, high-quality communications across multiple channels.
You'll play a key role in keeping our marketing activity moving, supporting content delivery, maintaining digital platforms and ensuring our campaigns, channels and systems run smoothly.
Working alongside specialist colleagues, you'll help bring our brand to life and ensure every interaction reflects the quality, professionalism and purpose of Five Rivers.
What you'll do
Schedule and publish engaging branded content across our social media channels.
Support the delivery of email marketing activity, including our monthly newsletters and campaigns.
Help maintain accurate, up-to-date content across our websites and digital platforms.
Support SEO activity, reporting and the implementation of our digital marketing strategy.
Maintain marketing systems, databases and documentation, ensuring information is accurate and accessible.
Produce routine reports and performance updates to help inform marketing activity and decision-making.
Work closely with Marketing colleagues to coordinate activity and deliver a seamless experience across channels.
Contribute to the smooth and effective running of the Marketing & Communications function, identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.

Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

Confidence working independently while knowing when to seek support or guidance.

Good written communication skills and a commitment to clear, consistent messaging.
An interest in digital marketing, content and communications, with a desire to continue developing your skills.

About you
You will be comfortable working independently on agreed tasks, using initiative to solve routine problems and identifying ways to make marketing and communications processes more efficient and effective.
This varied role would suit an eager marketing generalist who is keen to develop their skills across a broad range of channels while learning from a highly knowledgeable team.
You will be organised, reliable and attentive to detail, with a collaborative approach and a commitment to clear, consistent communication.
Hours
37 hours per week
Monday to Thursday: 9.00am–5.00pm
Friday: 9.00am–4.30pm
