About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to join a well-established and highly regarded real estate agency.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated leasing professional with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience who is looking to take the next step in their real estate career.
Working alongside a supportive and experienced property management team, you'll play an integral role in the leasing process, from conducting inspections and managing prospective tenants through to securing quality applications and ensuring a seamless leasing experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct open homes and private inspections across the rental portfolio
Manage rental enquiries and build relationships with prospective tenants
Process rental applications, conduct reference checks and coordinate approvals
Liaise with landlords, tenants and property managers throughout the leasing process
Coordinate property advertising and marketing campaigns
Assist with preparing properties for lease and minimising vacancy periods
Maintain accurate leasing records and applicant information
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive leasing experience




Work collaboratively with the property management team to achieve leasing targets
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Leasing Consultant role is essential
Current NSW Certificate of Registration
Current driver's licence
Strong knowledge of residential leasing processes and NSW tenancy legislation
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Qualified presentation and a positive, enthusiastic attitude
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Confident conducting inspections and communicating with prospective tenants
A proactive, team-oriented approach with a genuine passion for real estate
