Job Description
About the Role
As a Phone Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them source the right products and solutions to keep their businesses moving.
Working closely with the branch team, you'll manage inbound enquiries, process orders, build customer relationships and identify sales opportunities.
Your Day Will Include
Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Providing product information, pricing and quotations
Following up customer enquiries and quotations
Building solid relationships with trade and commercial customers




Promoting new products and special offers
Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
Working with the branch team to achieve sales goals
Delivering outstanding customer service every day
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
You may come from phone sales, internal sales, customer service, parts interpreting or account management.
Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys working with customers and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You'll Bring
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Customer-focused approach and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and stay organised
Strong attention to detail
Confidence using computer systems
A willingness to learn and develop product knowledge
Highly Regarded
Automotive, auto electrical or heavy vehicle experience
Trade sales or aftermarket experience
Parts interpreting or catalogue experience
Mining, transport or industrial industry exposure
Knowledge of automotive products and components
