Endeavour Foundation is seeking a Site Supervisor - Home for the SIL Home in Rockhampton, Qld.
You will lead a dedicated team to deliver person-centred care to clients with physical and psycho-social disabilities, coordinating care plans and daily operations.
Experience in disability support, solid leadership, and relevant qualifications are highly regarded.
Availability for weekends or overnights may be required; valid checks and a driver's license are essential.
