What you'll do:
As a
Team Leader, Counselling
, you will lead the delivery of high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, couples and families, while supporting and developing a team of counsellors for the
Northern Beaches and Northern Sydney
region. This role combines hands‐on clinical work with leadership, offering the opportunity to influence practice, mentor clinicians and drive strong client outcomes.
In this role, you will:
Deliver evidence‐based counselling to individuals, couples and families to improve relationships, communication and wellbeing
Work with complex client presentations, including domestic and family violence, mental health and child safety concerns
Apply a
family systems approach
, integrating a range of therapeutic models
Provide
clinical supervision,



coaching and training
to a team of counsellors

(working 5 days a week)

Salary:
Approx
$60-$62 per hour

What You'll Bring
Relevant tertiary qualifications in
social work, psychology or a related discipline
Significant experience in counselling (minimum
5 years full‐time
or equivalent clinical hours)
Demonstrated experience in
clinical supervision, coaching and team leadership
Solid capability in
trauma‐informed practice
and working with individuals, couples and families
