About The Role
As a Kitchen Hand,



you'll play an important role in supporting our kitchen team to deliver high-quality food and a great guest experience.
You'll assist with food preparation, maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen, wash dishes and equipment, receive deliveries, and ensure all food safety and workplace health and safety standards are followed.
Key responsibilities will include
Support the Chefs with day-to-day kitchen operations
Assist with basic food preparation and ingredient handling
Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen environment
Wash dishes, cookware, utensils and kitchen equipment
Receive, store and manage stock deliveries
Dispose of waste and help keep the kitchen and surrounding areas presentable
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements
Assist with other duties as required
About You
This role requires someone who can think on their feet, work at a fast pace and handle multiple tasks at once without compromising cleanliness or safety.
Have previous kitchen hand experience in a busy environment.
Work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
Be physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying heavy items safely.
Be able to manage and clean multiple functions simultaneously.
Keep the kitchen, dishes, equipment and work areas clean and organised.
Be able to multitask and prioritise jobs in a fast-paced workplace.
Be reliable, punctual and work well as part of a team.
