Opal HealthCare is seeking a Care Manager to join Shoalhaven Place Care Community in Bomaderry, NSW.
You will lead the clinical and care workforce to deliver protected, person-centred care, guided by the Aged Care Act **** and quality standards.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will balance governance with operational performance, mentor high-performing teams, and partner with GPs and allied health to ensure exceptional resident outcomes.
