Infinite Care Ashmore Ashmore Aged Care Home | Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator & Nurse Mentor to join our supportive team.
This part time opportunity is ideal for an experienced aged care clinician who enjoys developing others, driving quality clinical outcomes and making a genuine difference in residents' lives.
Monday - Wednesday | 6:30am - 2:30pm
What You'll Do
Lead and support the clinical care team
Mentor and develop nurses and care staff
Oversee care planning, assessments and documentation
Support quality, compliance and accreditation outcomes
Partner with residents, families and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care
About You
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Experience in a Clinical Care Coordinator or similar aged care leadership role
Strong knowledge of aged care standards,



AN-ACC and clinical documentation
Passion for mentoring, coaching and developing teams
Excellent communication and leadership skills
