Must Have Skills:
Knowledge& Experience
Undergraduatedegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering,Mathematics, or a related discipline.
6+ years ofexperience in enterprise application delivery, workflow automation,digital transformation, or low-code platform development.
Provenexperience delivering complex Appian solutions across one or more domains:
Banking andFinancial Services
Lending andMortgages
Deposits andTransaction Banking
CustomerOnboarding and Servicing
Risk andCompliance
Operations andWorkflow Management
Key Responsibilities
Must have
Domain expertise is critical.A Senior Appian Analyst is expected not only to possess strong Appian technicalcapabilities but also to provide subject matter expertise, design guidance, andstrategic recommendations to stakeholders and delivery teams.
Strongunderstanding of Appian architecture, application design patterns,scalability considerations, performance optimization, and platform bestpractices.

Experienceintegrating Appian with enterprise applications such as CRM, ECM, CoreBanking, Identity Management, Data Platforms, and cloud-based services.
Strongbusiness analysis and solution design skills, including requirementselicitation, process modelling, stakeholder workshops, and solutiondocumentation.
Ability toidentify opportunities for process optimisation, automation, operationalefficiency, and improved customer experience through Appian solutions.
Strongunderstanding of enterprise data management, governance, security, andcompliance requirements.
Proven abilityto build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders acrossbusiness, technology, and operational teams.
Demonstratedleadership in guiding analysts and developers through solution design,estimation, implementation, and production support activities.
Strongcommercial and business acumen with the ability to balance businessoutcomes, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.
Excellentcommunication and presentation skills, including the ability to explaincomplex technical and architectural concepts to both technical andnon-technical audiences.
AppianCertified Analyst, Senior Developer, Lead Developer, or Architectcertifications are highly desirable.
