GenusPlus Group is seeking a Workforce Development Advisor to support workforce participation, training and employment initiatives across the Melbourne project.
You will work with schools, training providers and community organisations to create pathways into construction and sustainable employment.
You will coordinate local employment initiatives, assist in meeting project targets, manage SBATs, and build robust relationships with RTOs/TAFEs.
Guide trainees and cadets through programs.
