What you'll do:
Deliver an exceptional client experience through thoughtful, personalised service
Offer expert styling advice and product knowledge across a range of luxury designers
Build and maintain solid client relationships through authentic communication and clienteling
Support boutique operations - visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation
Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals while maintaining Calexico's elevated service culture
About you:
Experience in luxury or premium fashion retail.
Confident, polished, and naturally engaging with clients.
Passionate about style, with a refined eye for detail and presentation.
Driven to achieve results while staying true to the brand's values and tone.
Available 4-5 days a week, including key retail periods.
