Mind Australia Limited is seeking a highly motivated Team Leader for secondment opportunities across multiple sites in Victoria.
The role provides leadership to deliver person-centred, recovery-oriented supports to clients with psychosocial disability, working onsite at Drouin, Bendigo, Brunswick, Brunswick West, Horsham and South Yarra.
You will oversee a team providing 1:1 and group activities aligned with NDIS plans, ensuring high-quality service delivery and staff supervision.
