AFCA is seeking an experienced Instructional Design Consultant to craft learning experiences for scam-related complaints under the Scams Prevention Framework.
The role is a six-month max-term contract with hybrid working arrangements, two days per week in our Melbourne offices.
You will develop end-to-end learning pathways, provide multimedia content, and measure learning effectiveness.
