BaptistCare is seeking a Care Consultant to support in-home care across Mornington Suburbs and surroundings.
This 12-month max-term contract places you as the primary contact for a caseload, assessing needs, planning services and monitoring outcomes to help clients stay safely at home.
The role offers an hourly rate of $***** plus NFP salary packaging up to $18,550 per year, with autonomy over caseload management and a values-led workplace.
