You will manage client communications across phone, email and digital channels, supporting end-to-end order workflow and back-office tasks to ensure a seamless luxury client experience.
You will act as a brand ambassador, resolving inquiries in line with company policies and collaborating with Inventory and Finance to maintain smooth order flow.
Luxury retail experience is preferred.
