Platform & Environment Manager
to take ownership of their
Dynamics 365 & Azure landscape
.
This is not a traditional IT Ops role.
This is about
owning the platform
— ensuring it's stable, scalable, and continuously evolving to support the business.
The Opportunity
You'll sit at the centre of the
platform lifecycle
, owning the
"Run" environment
while working closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from
build -> operate -> optimise
.
This role is ideal for someone who thinks beyond support — someone who sees the
platform as a product
.
What You'll Be Responsible For
End-to-end ownership of the
D365 & Azure platform environment
Driving
stability, performance, and scalability
across the ecosystem
Leading
incident, problem, and change management
(ITIL aligned)
Managing
environment strategy
, releases, and operational readiness
Acting as the
bridge between Build & Run teams
Overseeing
platform enhancements and optimisation initiatives
Ensuring
governance, compliance (SOC2), and risk management
Leading and developing a
high-performing technical team
What We're Looking For
Strong experience managing
Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Azure environments
Background in
platform ownership, environment management, or IT operations leadership
Solid understanding of
ITIL / service management frameworks
Experience operating within
enterprise or complex environments
A mindset focused on
continuous improvement, not just support
Solid stakeholder engagement across both
technical and business teams
