Busy Bees byford the Glades is seeking a Lead Educator to join our Byford WA centre on a full time basis.
You will lead the daily learning program, mentor educators, and create a safe, engaging environment where children thrive.
The role emphasises strong family and community collaboration and adherence to NQF and centre policies.
The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, WA WWCC, First Aid/CPR, and demonstrable leadership within an early learning setting.
