Job Description Key responsibilities: Develop and maintain Kubernetes controllers and custom resource definitions to extend platform functionality.
Write clean, maintainable Go code for platform services, automation and controller logic.
Configure and maintain Argo CD workflows to enable consistent application deployment.
Improve GitOps practices so platform changes are traceable and easier to manage.
Design platform components that make it simpler for teams to deploy and operate applications on Kubernetes.
Investigate and resolve issues across Kubernetes controllers,



CRDs and deployment workflows.
Document platform patterns, configuration and operating guidance to support clear use of shared tools.
Work with technology stakeholders to turn platform needs into practical Kubernetes-based solutions.
The Successful Applicant A successful candidate should have: Platform engineering experience, with a practical focus on building and improving shared technical platforms.
Solid experience developing Kubernetes controllers and custom resource definitions.
Hands-on capability in Go language development for cloud-native or platform tooling.
Experience using Argo CD to manage GitOps-based application deployments.
Sound understanding of Kubernetes resources, configuration and operational patterns.
Ability to troubleshoot platform components and deployment issues methodically.
