Operations Manager 120,000 Per Year + Super Melbourne Construction Woods Co Recruitment is proud to partner with a well-established flooring business to find an experienced Operations Manager to lead operational processes, finance and project delivery.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality flooring projects across Sand Finish and Residential work.
You'll play a pivotal role managing the operations inbox, contractor invoices and payments, monthly reporting and KPIs, and overseeing the operations team.
This position is suited to a hands-on operations professional who enjoys balancing financial administration, project coordination and team leadership.
What's in it for you?
$120,000 - $130,000 + Super Tullamarine location, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm Autonomous senior role with genuine support from Management Join a cooperative, easy-going and growing team What you'll do?
Manage the operations inbox and handle day-to-day email communication Process contractor invoices, payments and Hourly Works Variations Compile and distribute monthly reports and KPIs, and run the weekly Operations meeting Prepare, submit and track progress claims through to approval and reconciliation Coordinate Purchase Orders, back charges and union compliance with Finance Oversee the operations team, resolve escalated issues,



and manage stock and procurement Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction What you need?
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organisational and leadership skills with high attention to detail Experience working with contractors, suppliers and project stakeholders Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement Self-driven, composed under pressure, and thrives in a fast-paced environment Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted and we are reviewing immediately.
