Snowy 2.0 is the next chapter in the Snowy Scheme's history.
It is the largest committed renewable energy project in Australia and will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come.
This Iconic Project has and will continue to create its own legacy in Australian history.
Purpose of the Role: To lead electromechanical installations on a complex hydropower construction project.
The role is critical in ensuring effective coordination between civil, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic trades, and in monitoring and maintaining the construction programme to meet project milestones and quality standard.
To ensure the successful delivery of the project within the required constraints for time, cost, quality, safety, environment and the community.
Resolve issues that may arises during construction whether they are related to scheduling, safety or resource allocation.




Provide regular reports for the monitoring of the site installation activities and proposed corrective actions where needed to recover and minimize risks of schedule delays.
Qualifications: Tertiary Qualifications or related discipline such as, Mechanical/Civil Engineering (or related field) Proven work experience in construction management or similar roles In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings and technical documentation strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve are essential for the role Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills White Card Experience: At least 10 years' Experience in construction operations of similar scale with a proven focus on quality outputs in a timely manner Experience working on large scale construction projects or other suitable projects works Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, Project, and Outlook.
