End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing and candidate sourcing through to offer management and successful placement.
Client Relationship Management: Develop trusted partnerships with existing and prospective clients, acting as a specialist advisor within the scientific recruitment market.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilise job boards, professional networks, referrals, LinkedIn, and market mapping techniques to identify and attract high-quality talent.
Market Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends, workforce developments, and emerging technologies across Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Food Science, and Environmental sectors.
Consultative Advice: Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and recruitment guidance to both clients and candidates.

What We're Looking For Scientific Qualification: Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Environmental Science, Microbiology, or a related discipline.
Relevant Experience: Bring experience from a scientific environment or recruitment setting, with either background considered highly valuable.
