Position Description
Reporting to the Shared Services Manager, you will be responsible for:
Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and outstanding debtors
Conducting collections activity across overdue accounts
Following up outstanding payments and maintaining payment arrangements
Processing customer payments and account reconciliations
Reviewing and setting up current accounts and customers, including the completion of credit checks
Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Responding to account queries and resolving issues promptly
Ad hoc tasks as required to assist the broader finance team
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have proven Accounts Receivable and/or Credit experience within a large scale organisation, as well as the following attributes:
Must have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to multi task with excellent time management and organisational skills
Desire to hit the ground running with a proactive approach to your day to day tasks
A positive can-do attitude with a passion for completing daily responsibilities to a high standard
Intermediate excel skills and prior experience using large ERP systems
