We're on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced
Property Manager
to join our tight-knit, high-performing team at
MINT Residential
on a 12month fixed-term maternity leave coverage.
Potential to become permanent.
Based in our vibrant Melbourne office, you'll be part of a small, supportive team that's backed by the strength and scale of a global hotel group.
This is a rare prospect to make a real impact in a collaborative environment where your skills are valued, and your career can thrive, with very limited Saturday work required!
Key Responsibilities include:
Manage and maintain a portfolio of Minor Hotels branded apartments (Oaks Hotels, Avani Hotels)
Manage incoming rental enquiries, always providing exceptional customer service
Conduct open, routine, entry and exit inspections as required
Communicate effectively with tenants
Draft and support in the administration of leasing and property handovers




Address maintenance issues and liaise with tradespeople
Utilise the console cloud program for effective property management
Shift Details (subject to change):
Monday to Friday position
Office located in Melbourne CBD

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have:
Hold a Class 2licence
Minimum 2 years Property Management experience
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with tenants, owners and stakeholders
Solid knowledge of property management procedures, including a strong understanding of current legislation requirements
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work towards deadlines and prioritise as required
Positive attitude,



with the ability to work as part of a team but also autonomously
Availability to work Saturdays when required (on an ad hoc basis)
