Support Worker Transport (One-Off Service) Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and caring Support Worker to assist with transport services.
Service Details: Date Time: Thursday, 28 August *******:03 PM 3:03 PM (Sydney Timezone) Location: Transport Ron to Point Clare Medical Practice, 63 Brisbane Water Dr, Point Clare, for a 2:00 PM appointment.
Duties: Pick up Ron and provide transport to the appointment Stay with Ron during the appointment Transport Ron back home safely Service Duration: 3 hours Service Type: One-off Requirements: Valid ID Current Police Check Current Drivers Licence Comprehensive Car Insurance Comfortable and reliable car Other Information: Gender: Either No specific qualifications or additional skills required
