Job Description About The Role: We are seeking an Agentic Product Lead to join us initially on a contract basis, with a transparent pathway to a full-time position.
Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will operate cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Go-To-Market (GTM), and Channel Partnerships.
Rather than incrementally improving existing features, your mission is to drive market-disrupting innovation by answering one core question: Which tasks that our customers currently perform manually—or pay third-party software to handle—can be executed by an AI agent?
Working directly in the field, you will engage with ELMO customers and channel partners to map tech stacks, evaluate operational friction points, analyse the HR landscape,



and identify adjacent point solutions across our HCM, Rostering, Time defining agent scope, human-in-the-loop oversight checkpoints, and evaluation harness while building stress-tested pricing models alongside RevOps to secure executive sign-off.
As engineering squads build via our AI-SDLC, you will orchestrate cross-functional delivery, eliminate execution roadblocks, safeguard product vision from PRD to launch, and track post-launch displacement and adoption metrics.
