Sydney

This employer, a growing community and in-home support service in Sydney, needs a full-time Community Support Worker who holds a community services qualification and can coordinate support for a diverse group of clients, from children and young people through to older people and people with disabilities.
Day to day, the worker sits down with clients, works out what help they need, builds programmes and individual plans, links people with outside agencies and reports on how they are progressing.
Funding submissions and reports for government bodies are part of the job as well.
The employer has said that sponsorship may be available for suitably qualified, eligible candidates under subclass 407, 482, 494 or 186, provided the employer approves and the visa requirements, occupation eligibility and individual circumstances line up.
Only applicants already living in Australia will be considered.
Employers filling this role look first at the qualification and at your record with case documentation, so place your Diploma of Community Services or Bachelor's degree near the top of your CV and list the agencies you have worked with.
