Amazon is seeking an experienced Maintenance and Engineering Manager to join the team and lead our Reliability Maintenance and Engineering Team.
The Maintenance and Engineering Manager is the line manager for a team of up to 6 including Maintenance Supervisors and Technicians (fitters and electricians).
As a Maintenance and Engineering Manager, you'll bring together the elements that make our working environment as supportive and productive as possible.
Your focus will be to lead and mentor a team of expert technicians dedicated to equipment reliability.
Key job responsibilities • Lead, support and mentor the maintenance team, ensuring site operations are maintained in a safe, standard and efficient manner.
• Work with the team and the wider network to harness the technical expertise available and build solutions.
• Support the Senior Maintenance and Engineering Manager as they work with the Site Safety department
