Based in Amberley, Qld, this Senior Project Manager position will perform the role of Capability Integration Manager as part of the project management unit within the Mobile Threat Training Emitter System (MTTES) Program,
delivering Electronic Warfare training to the Australian Defence Force.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Program and Project Management using Agile methodology for the integration of new capabilities and capability enhancements to the MTTES, both of a technical and non-technical nature.
Prioritise and manage concurrent bodies of work using shared resources and with at times competing priorities.
Manage the program baselines and change process for the Program Director, including managing and coaching junior Project Managers and Project Officers in the process.
Manage working relationships with internal and external customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Limited domestic travel, including to very remote areas for up to a week at a time.
