The Business Tax Advisory team includes: • Corporate Tax – support multinational, domestic and private clients, managing tax compliance obligations and providing advisory services on, giving them confidence and clarity in making timely strategic decisions in a constantly evolving tax environment.
• International Tax – help clients align their global tax strategies through a wide variety of complex domestic and cross border matters compliance and advisory services, offering strategic tax restructuring and transactional advice • Mergers
