More About the Role Reporting to the DC Operations Manager , you'll drive the day or afternoon shift,



leading a team of Coordinators and Team Members across one of several key operational areas, including Fulfillment, Receiving, Despatch, Replenishment/Put Away.
You'll champion safety, service, productivity, inventory accuracy and people performance outcomes while building a high-performing team culture and contributing to the success of our current state-of-the-art Queensland Distribution Centre.
As a key member of the site leadership team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the right products, at the right time, while maintaining a safe, engaged and high-performing workplace.
