we are seeking a skilled and experienced UKG Functional Support specialist to join our WFM Operate team that will provide support to our clients across UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM).
As a UKG Pro WFM support specialist, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to providing specialist-led support for complex or ongoing functions for our clients, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes.
What will your typical day look like?
Engage directly with clients : Provide functional support and advice to clients and identify / document requirements for change.
Troubleshoot : Investigate issues, identifying root causes and implement fixes or workarounds.
