About the Role:



Join our growing Integrated oncology/haematology/radiation service as a Registered Nurse on a permanent part-time basis to educate and support patients undergoing cancer treatment.
Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will deliver personalised cancer care, supported by a knowledgeable and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver evidence -based comprehensive Oncology/radiation nursing care Practice in accordance with the ACQSHC National standards Contribute to quality improvements and collaborate with the Quality and Clinical Governance Team to ensure best practice Educate and support patients undergoing radiation therapy.
Administer medications and intravenous infusions, ensuring patient safety and in line with policies and procedures.
Provide holistic nursing care and high-level patient assessments including pre/post-procedure care.
Foster a culture of excellence in patient care through collaboration and compassion.
Maintain accurate patient records and offer emotional support to patients and families.

Your experience in oncology, radiotherapy, IV cannulation, CVAD management, and chemotherapy administration is a requirement.
