You'll look after trade and retail customers across Australia and report to the Customer Service Manager.

This is a full-time onsite role based in Eagle Farm, with free on-site parking.

You're the person who spots the wrong number before it goes out Good Outlook, Excel and Word skills Transparent, friendly communication on the phone and by email Able to juggle a busy inbox without getting flustered SAP, Salesforce, supply chain experience is a bonus
