Reporting to the Global Trade Director, the Global Trade Operations Manager leads the Global Trade Operations team to deliver specialist global trade advice and support to operational activities and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the Global Trade Operations team to support the implementation of the operational plan and ensure alignment with, and timely achievement of, goals and objectives.
Identify and implement opportunities to enhance and improve team performance and productivity.
Develop and manage policy and process improvement, system improvement, and enhanced use of technology.
Drive resource and personnel management activities to ensure effective resource utilisation in support of the operational plan and initiatives including the development and implementation of career roadmaps and competency frameworks, learning and development plans, mentoring activities, budget planning, and general management activities.
Deliver initiatives in accordance with agreed schedules, budgets, and resourcing.
Ensure the Global Trade Operations team's objectives, policies, and practices align with stakeholder and business requirements.
Design, establish, and monitor performance metrics and prepare reports on the achievement of those metrics.
Facilitate lessons learned.
Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment is maintained for all team members.
