Description In this role, I will: Lead and coordinate training development activities across multiple projects Review and quality assure training content to ensure compliance with established standards Work closely with subject matter experts and development teams to create engaging learning solutions Monitor project schedules, manage priorities, and identify risks to delivery Provide project progress updates and reporting to key stakeholders Contribute to the continuous improvement of instructional design, writing, and media standards throughout the training development lifecycle Minimum Qualifications Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE***** or TAE*****) Undergraduate qualification in Education, Adult Learning, Instructional Design, or a related discipline Experience in instructional design, eLearning, or computer-based training development Strong written communication, technical writing, and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and collaboratively Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving capability Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 Defence Security Clearance Ability to work from our Homebush, NSW site in an on-site or hybrid capacity as required Preferred Qualifications Experience developing training within Defence, military aviation, naval,
