forecasts and underlying assumptions and drivers of business performance; Work directly with the Directors and/or Partners in more complex areas of the transaction with direct exposure to sale agreements and decision-makers; Report on potential key opportunities and issues for our clients, including identification of risk or price factors impacting investment decisions as well as areas of opportunity.

You are a driven, ambitious and talented accounting / finance skilled with: 5+ years of professional experience in a finance team (controllers, FP Exposure to or interest in the broader deal/ transaction process or M Coaching, mentoring and team management skills; Sound understanding of accounting principles and concepts Natural aptitude to problem solving
