Our team in Penrith is seeking Entry Level Stackers, with an opportunity to learn practical manufacturing skills in a team-focused, safety-conscious environment.
About the role
As an Entry Level Stacker, you'll work closely with the Machine Operator and production team to help keep operations running safely and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
Loading cardboard materials into machinery efficiently and accurately
Manual stacking and palletising of finished products
Working with the team to maintain production quality standards
Supporting smooth machine operations
Maintaining a safe and compliant working environment
Hours of work
The Penrith site operates the following standard hours:
Monday to Thursday:
06:00 am - 02:30 pm
Friday:
06:00 am - 12:00 pm
About you
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable and punctual attendance
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to workplace safety
Good situational awareness and the ability to stay focused in a manufacturing setting
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment
Fit, healthy and able to carry out repetitive manual handling tasks with a focus on safety
