Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team, and support Kitchen team.
Daily Operations:
Oversee smooth day-to-day service, including opening and closing duties.
Customer Service: Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction through friendly, professional, and attentive service.
Operational Oversight: Ensure presentation, cleanliness, and service standards are consistently maintained.
Staff Management: Create rosters, uphold workplace safety, and assist with food and beverage preparation when required.
Financial Accountability: Manage cash handling and contribute to the café's front-of-house performance and efficiency.
