We are currently recruiting an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a 5-level apartment project in Essendon This is a well-structured project with strong systems, consultant engagement and head office support already in place — ideal for a Site Manager who enjoys ownership and delivery.
About the Role You will take full responsibility for on-site delivery, driving safety, program and quality outcomes while leading subcontractors and site teams.
What You'll Be Doing: Managing all day-to-day site activities on a multi-storey apartment build Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and inspections Driving safety,
