With plans to grow its Property Management offering, the business is looking for someone who can manage a quality portfolio while helping establish strong systems and processes for the future.
THE ROLE End-to-end Property Management Managing landlord and tenant relationships Onboarding new managements Coordinating the transition of new properties Establishing and improving PM systems and processes Maintenance, leasing,
inspections and general portfolio management Working closely with senior management Ensuring processes remain efficient as the portfolio grows Using Property Tree THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Experienced Property Manager / Senior Property Manager Strong end-to-end portfolio experience Confident working autonomously Strong systems and process knowledge Property Tree or PropertyMe experience Excellent landlord and investor communication Highly organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable working within a growing PM environment Western Suburbs experience highly regarded This is a great opportunity for an experienced Property Manager wanting flexibility, autonomy and a manageable portfolio , with the opportunity to have genuine input into how the department develops.
