Scentre Group is seeking a Process Improvement Lead to help Centre Teams deliver operations more consistently across Westfield destinations. You will map current processes, apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or Agile to identify opportunities, and drive change while preserving governance and compliance.
The role is permanent and full time, based on-site. You will partner with Centre Teams and support offices, develop a prioritised improvement pipeline, and lead workshops to implement practical
